Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the 9th edition of the Raisina Dialogue on Feb 21, 2024 in New Delhi, and the keynote address will be delivered by the Chief Guest Prime Minister of the Hellenic Republic (Greece), Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
The 9th Raisina Dialogue taking place in New Delhi will witness participation of representatives from over 100 countries including Ministers, former Heads of State and Heads of Government, Military Commanders, Captains of Industry, Technology Leaders, Academics, Journalists, Scholars on Strategic Affairs, Experts from leading Think Tanks, and Youth.

Theme in 2024
The theme for this year’s edition is “Chaturanga: Conflict, Contest, Cooperate, Create”. The Dialogue will take place over three days from 21-23 February, 2024 and decision makers and thought leaders of the world will engage each other across conversations in various formats, over six thematic pillars.
These include: Tech Frontiers: Regulations & Realities; Peace with the Planet: Invest & Innovate; War & Peace: Armouries & Asymmetries; Decolonising Multilateralism: Institutions & Inclusion; The Post 2030 Agenda: People & Progress; and Defending Democracy: Society & Sovereignty.
According to the Ministry of External Affairs, in the 9th edition there will be over 2500 participants from about 115 countries. They will be joining the Dialogue in-person, these proceedings can be viewed across the globe through various digital platforms.
Adding, the Dialogue is the country’s flagship conference on geopolitics and geo-economics. This is committed to addressing the most challenging issues facing the international community.
