India’s aviation industry witnessed a historic moment as Air Works Group, the country’s leading independent Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) provider, celebrated its 74th anniversary. Established in 1951 by aircraft engineers Late BG Menon and Late PS Menon, Air Works began its journey as a pioneering MRO service provider at Mumbai airport. Over the decades, it has evolved into a comprehensive aviation services major with a wide portfolio catering to diverse segments of the aviation industry.

From its humble beginnings, Air Works has expanded its operations to become a key player in the aviation landscape, maintaining over 50 types of aircraft across commercial, business, and defense sectors.
