SAP Concur, a brand for travel, expense, and invoice management solutions collaborated with SAP’s intelligent spend management and business network (ISBN), aiming to equip business with solutions that optimise spending and fortify financial operations. In addition to this strategic move, SAP promoted Ashwani Narang to head of intelligent spend management and business network, India and South Asia. Narang will spearhead business growth, drive go to market strategies, ensure customer success and manage the overall P and L for the Spend Management Group, as per the report.
Reportedly, the integration combines SAP’s spend management portfolio and SAP Concur’s solutions, offering organisations capabilities to control costs, increased cash flow and expedite digital transformation. Furthermore, the company is aimed to empower finance and HR teams to manage employee within a centralised platform.
From what it is understood, the company’s operations will now be streamlined through single sign-on and app development . “India holds immense potential for intelligent spend management solutions.
