Hyderabad residents now have access to a new rapid-response healthcare service with the launch of FLASH, a health commerce app developed by RED Health. The platform aims to provide urgent medical assistance beyond traditional emergency response, offering services like IV medication, vaccinations, and post-surgical care within minutes.

RED Health, recognised as India’s largest emergency medical response provider, claims that FLASH can dispatch ambulances in under eight minutes. Unlike conventional healthcare apps that focus on scheduled consultations, this service is designed to provide on-demand medical interventions, functioning similarly to a quick commerce model where ambulances act as mobile health units.

The company states that the app uses artificial intelligence, real-time tracking, and advanced routing systems to ensure timely medical attention. It has also partnered with hospitals and healthcare professionals to enhance service delivery.

“FLASH isn’t just a service, it’s a revolution! For too long, people have been forced to wait, whether in an emergency or for routine healthcare. We’re here to change that. We’re creating a system where fast, high-quality healthcare isn’t just a hope. It’s the standard we’re committed to delivering. With FLASH, we are eliminating the frustration of delays and making expert medical assistance available at the speed of need.  This is a big step forward, and we’re excited to make it happen. At RED Health, it’s all about transforming access to healthcare, ensuring that no one is left waiting when every second counts,” Prabhdeep Singh, CEO & Founder at Red Health said.

Currently operational in Hyderabad, FLASH is expected to expand to major cities, including Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Delhi, in the near future.
