AU Real Estate has announced its entry into the Noida residential market with Aspire Silicon City Phase 4, a housing project in Sector 76. The development is being designed by architecture firm Gautam & Gautam Associates.
Spread across 8.33 acres, the project will include approximately 600 residential units, comprising 3BHK and 4BHK with study room configurations, and exclusive penthouses. The design incorporates two-side open layouts to facilitate cross-ventilation and natural light, with most units oriented toward the east and north.
Gautam & Gautam Associates, which has previously worked on projects such as Galleria High Street Mall in Faridabad and MR International University in Surajkund, is focusing on integrating greenery and energy-efficient elements. AU Aspire Silicon City’s façade will feature vertical gardens and LED-lit kinetic elements.
The site will also include a mix of common-use areas, such as a clubhouse, a business centre, and recreational amenities. Plans include jogging tracks, play areas, gym facilities, and landscaped zones, as well as a nursery school and a crèche.
Construction is being handled by J Kumar Infra, with completion targeted within 48 months.
