It’s a holiday-shortened week for corporate India. Amid the Christmas holiday and New Year excitement, the week is set to witness several major corporate announcements. Companies will release their interim payouts, declare financial results, issue bonus shares, announce rights issues, and a major IPO is also scheduled to make its debut.
Here is the list of corporate actions expected to take place from December 22 to December 26.
December 22
- Vidya Wires, which got listed on exchanges in early December, is all set to hold its board meeting on December 22 for the approval of its unaudited financial results for Q2FY26. The company’s shares are currently trading at Rs 52.13, just marginally up from its listing price of Rs 52.
- Canara Robeco AMC will pay out an interim dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity share to eligible investors. This marks the first dividend payout by the company, which got listed on exchanges in October. The company’s stock was listed at a premium of 5%. Over the past month, the company’s stock has declined by over 2%.
- Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works will implement a 1:2 stock split with effect from December 22. Each equity share with a face value of Rs 10 will be split into two shares of Rs 5 each. Over the past month, the company’s stock has delivered a return of over 13%
- Gujarat Kidney and Super Speciality will open its IPO on December 22. The issue is entirely a fresh offer worth Rs 250.08 crore.
- Indigo will be added to the BSE Sensex from December 22, and Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles will be removed as part of the index reconstitution.
December 23
- Vineet Laboratories has set December 23 as the record date for its rights issue. The offer will comprise the issuance of over 99 lakh equity shares, amounting to Rs 29.97 crore.
- Yug Decor has fixed December 23 as the record date for its rights issue. The company plans to offer over 53 lakh equity shares, raising approximately Rs 5.39 crore.
- Granules India has scheduled a board meeting for December 23 to consider fundraising via a preferential issue of shares.
December 24
- Purple Wave Infocom has scheduled its board meeting on December 24 to approve the financial results of H1 FY2025-26.
- SER Industries has also scheduled a board meeting on this date to finalize the appointment of new key managerial personnel and to consider capital structuring requirements.
- Gayatri Projects will hold a board meeting on December 25 for the approval of its financial results.
- GRM Overseas has set December 24, 2025, as the record date for the issuance of bonus shares in the ratio of 2:1, with each bonus share having a face value of Rs 2.
- Prakash Pipes has set December 24 as the record date for the payout of an interim dividend of Rs 1 per equity share.
- Nectar Lifesciences has set December 24 as the record date for the buyback of its shares worth Rs 81 crore. The company will buy back 3 crore equity shares, with each share having a face value of Rs 27.
- Also, Gujarat Kidney will close its public offering on December 24.
December 25
- Owing to Christmas, exchanges will be closed on December 25. No trading or corporate actions will take place on this date. Banks are going to be shut as well for the festival. .
December 26
- DCM Shriram Industries is undergoing a major demerger into two new listed entities. The company has revised the record date to December 26 from the earlier December 19, 2025, due to procedural formalities related to the demerger. Shareholders holding the stock as of the record date will be eligible to receive shares under the scheme of arrangement.
- Nuvama Wealth Management has set December 26 as the record date for its 1:5 stock split, under which each equity share with a face value of Rs 10 will be split into five equity shares of Rs 2 each.
- Ram Ratna Wires has set December 26 as the record date for its 1:1 bonus share issue, with each equity share having a face value of Rs 5.
No major corporate announcements have been listed so far for December 27 and December 28, which are Saturday and Sunday, respectively.
