Marking 100 years of Mahatma Gandhi’s homecoming from South Africa, Prime Minister Narendra Modi released the special postage stamp and coin on Thursday at the Pravasi Bhartiya Divas in Gandhinagar.
In his address at the 13th Pravasi Bhartiya Divas, he described Indian diaspora as “great capital” for the country and appealed to the community of over 25 million people living in over 200 countries to help transform the nation.
