Financial Express, after reaching out to officials familiar with the situation, found that these claims are unverified. Authorities have not provided any official confirmation or announcement regarding ticket bookings or the airport’s exact operational timeline.
Even reports suggesting that the airport will host 30 flights, including 25 domestic services and 3 international routes to Zurich, Singapore and Dubai on the launch date are not verified. Multiple updates and news regarding the airport’s inauguration, flights and ticket bookings, have been doing rounds online, however, no official confirmation has been made regarding these timelines.
Noida International Airport’s infrastructure and fight operations
The Yamuna International Airport Pvt. Ltd has submitted a draft flight schedule for approval from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), with operations expected to begin seamlessly in April 2025.
