IndiGo has introduced daily direct flights connecting Delhi to Rajahmundry and Delhi to Darbhanga, starting December 12, 2024. These new routes aim to provide seamless travel options for passengers exploring these culturally rich destinations during the upcoming winter season.
Enhanced Connectivity for Tier-2 Cities
The launch of these flights strengthens Delhi’s position as a pivotal gateway, offering enhanced connectivity to Rajahmundry in Andhra Pradesh and Darbhanga in Bihar. These routes tap into IndiGo’s extensive network of over 250 daily departures, connecting Delhi to 88 destinations, including 69 domestic and 19 international locations.
The inaugural flight on the Delhi-Rajahmundry sector was flagged off by Civil Aviation Minister Kinjarapu Rammohan Naidu, alongside Daggubati Purandeswari, MP, Rajahmundry, and T Uday Srinivas, MP, Kakinada. The Delhi-Darbhanga route was launched by Sanjay Kumar Jha, MP and Chairman of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Transport, Tourism, and Culture.
Flight Schedule
IndiGo has introduced daily direct flights connecting Delhi to Rajahmundry and Delhi to Darbhanga, effective December 12, 2024. Flight 6E 0364 departs from Delhi at 7:30 AM and arrives in Rajahmundry at 9:45 AM, while the return flight 6E 0363 leaves Rajahmundry at 10:30 AM and reaches Delhi at 1:00 PM.
Flight 6E 0360 from Delhi to Darbhanga takes off at 2:20 PM and lands at 4:05 PM, with the return flight 6E 0370 departing Darbhanga at 4:45 PM and arriving in Delhi at 6:50 PM.

Rajahmundry, situated on the banks of the Godavari River, is famed for its temples and natural beauty, making it a perfect destination for cultural and heritage tourism.
