IndiGo, has announced the launch of a new direct route between Bhopal and Jabalpur, enhancing connectivity within Madhya Pradesh. The tri-weekly flights, set to commence on March 1, 2025, will significantly reduce travel time, offering greater convenience for both business and leisure travellers.
Vinay Malhotra, head of global sales at IndiGo, highlighted the importance of this new route, stating, “We are pleased to announce direct flights between Jabalpur and Bhopal, further strengthening connectivity within the state and boosting economic growth. As India’s largest airline, we remain committed to providing seamless, affordable, and hassle-free travel experiences.”
With over 30 weekly flights from Jabalpur and more than 100 weekly departures from Bhopal, IndiGo continues to expand its domestic network. This initiative aligns with the Madhya Pradesh government’s vision for economic growth, especially ahead of the Invest Madhya Pradesh Global Investor Summit 2025.
The new flights are expected to boost tourism, business, and overall regional connectivity.
