Superstar Salman Khan gave a special treat to his fans by releasing his upcoming movie Sultan title track in his very own voice – this after crooning romantic track ‘Jag Ghoomeya’.
Amid the controversy around Salman getting a track sung by singer Arijit Singh from ‘Sultan’, Salman Khan had released the song ‘Jag ghoomeya’ in his voice. Pakistani singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan has also sung this song.
On Thursday, the 50-year-old Salman shared his version of the title track and captioned it: “One more koshish (attempt) to sing ‘Sultan’. Sultan title track Salman version.”
Not that this is his first time, as Salman Khan has earlier crooned for films like ‘Hello Brother’, ‘Kick’ and ‘Hero’. However, it still came as a surprise, Salman singing, that is.
‘Sultan’ release date is July 6, on the occasion of Eid.
Produced by Aditya Chopra and written-directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the much-anticipated sports drama film ‘Sultan’ features Salman Khan and Anushka Sharma as wrestlers.
Interestingly, Sultan will witness a five-day opening weekend at the box office as July 6 is a Wednesday.
