The bears and bulls have been at war where the bears have beaten down our stock market to new lows. All along, the planets above have been silently realigning themselves and the future appears brighter. While some feel that things might change later this month, others predict November will be a turning point for the Indian markets. Though, the general consensus remains that there will be a steady rise in the markets soon and investors should stop worrying.
Ajay Jain, CEO of http://www.astromoneyguru.com feels, ?The India stock market is expected to bottom out around mid October. Thereafter, a 15-20% bounce back is expected and the estimated Sensex should hover between 12800 to 13500 points within a span of 45 to 60 days. Currently, as per the Indian horoscope and astrology, Mars and Venus are both in Libra and this combination often causes a major strain on a nation?s wealth. I feel, October 15 onwards, the uptrend should begin and I would be bullish on metals, banks, FMCG, heavy engineering and power.?
Adding to those thoughts was Shailendra Sharma of Astrology today, who feels, ?The markets will start an uptrend in November and this is not just in India but in the global scenario.? Astrologically speaking Saturn has a huge influence on history and changes, this planet changes zodiacs every two and a half years and hence takes 30 years to complete a full circle. If one was to go back in time, 30 years ago was when, for the first time, the Nehru government toppled, post a state of emergency. 30 years prior to this, India got freedom from the British Raj. This year, while things look gloomy all over, the optimists and astrologers both seem to feel that India is going to take its first step towards being a world power. Ajay adds, ?The US economy is expected to face a currency crisis soon and the year 2009 may not be very good for their economy. On the other hand, India, China, Japan and South Korea will emerge leaders. Also, with all this, gold may cross the $1100-mark within six to eight months, and by 2012 the Sensex may kiss the 40,000-mark.?
Shailendra also feels, ?By 2010 the markets should reach back to the 20,000-mark where it once was. Till then we will slowly and steadily rise again.? ?Critics and skeptics will always shun away from astrological predictions. However, astrology being the study of cycles and time, affects individuals, companies and nations as well,? says Faye Cossar, founder of Juxtaposition.
