The Star group has offered an education bond of Rs 10 lakh to each of the five winners of the Star Plus show Kya Aap Paanchvi Pass anchored by Shah Rukh Khan.

Star Plus on Saturday brought to Kolkata Anubhav Motilal and Shreeparna Ghosal, the two Bengali winners, along with Abhijit Sawant, the former Indian Idol champion, and Toshi Sabri, the challenger and a runner up in Amul Star Voice of India.

Nine-year-old Anubhav, who studies in Class IV, says he is a cricket fan as well, but prefers to see “Uncle Shah Rukh” in an entertainer’s role.

According to Anubhav’s mother, the boy has been restless since childhood and is a good singer and dancer. But all that was within the locality, and his parents got interested in the Star Plus show when they learnt that Siddarth Basu was connected with it.

“He is the trend-setter for the popularity of quiz in India, so I sent my son for the test,” said Soumitra Motilal.

Shreeparna’s father Debasish Ghosal said his daughter has just crossed 10, and reads in class V of Ryan International school in Delhi.

“I never knew that she has such talent,” Ghosal said.
