* I love my brand because: We have fantastic products. Oriflame offers complete skin care products, funky colour cosmetics, high-end cosmetics, fragrances and more. Any woman would love to be in this segment! And moreover I love the fact that we are changing lives of many through our direct selling business model.
* My job is great: Because it offers a beautiful blend of analytics and creativity. It’s a great mix of events, PR, advertising, communication and even forecasting. From digital to print, I love being a part of it all. We forecast sales a year in advance, which can be challenging at times but I have lovely team that makes it easier and fun! Apart from this, we also organise large scale events like we conducted India’s largest fashion show with Rohit Bal, which is a great feeling altogether.
* What I don’t like about my job: : Well, my travel trips are usually for a long duration, so that keeps me away from my family.
* The turning point in my career: Would be joining Oriflame since here I have been able to capitalise on all my work experience so far in various industries including FMCG, retail and banking industry
* My favourite social networking site: Facebook.
* In my free time: I like to watch movies and spend time with my family. I also love traveling and adventure sports like bungee jumping, paragliding and scuba diving.
* Brands I wear: : Tag Heuer, Karen Millen and Zara.
* Average number of job offers I get in a year: Although people have now started associating me with Oriflame, the count would still be about 3-4.
* First thing I do after entering the office: I catch up with my team to discuss the agenda of the week.
* Most inspirational moment: Was getting global recognition on one of the marketing ideas within the Oriflame world on creating a very innovative marketing campaign for our trendy and youthful ‘Dare To Be’ range.
