Following the Tech Mahindra and Mahindra Satyam merger, a major reshuffle of the management is on the cards. The role of Vasant Krishnan, who is currently the CFO at Mahindra Satyam, may undergo a change. Krishnan could now be shouldering higher responsibilities within the parent company.

?He may relinquish his duties as CFO and is likely to go back to the parent company, Mahindra & Mahindra Group,? a source, on condition of anonymity, told FE. Sources also indicated that Sanjay Anand, CFO, Tech Mahindra may don the cap of CFO of the merged entity.

But the key business leaders of Mahindra Satyam are expected to remain within the company. As of now, Sriram Papani will lead the enterprise business solutions vertical, Nagesh Kamble will guide the consulting business and Karthikeyan Natarajan will command the engineering services division, which is a key contributor to Satyam?s revenues. The heads of sales and leaders appointed for specific geographies are expected to remain unchanged, sources added.

In the process, Mahindra Satyam is likely to hire a consultancy firm to advise the combined entity on operational issues and matters pertaining to go-to-market strategy and human resources.

?A clarity on the restructuring will come after a consultancy is appointed and that would also include a brand name change as part of the new go-to-market strategy,? sources added.
