Swiggy’s Instamart has launched a fee waiver initiative in response to Zepto’s elimination of handling and surge charges on all orders. The waiver is applicable for orders above Rs 299 and is part of their “Mega Savings Festival” until November 7. However, Zepto remains the most aggressively priced player, with a significant advantage in low and mid-value baskets.
