Mumbai: ING Vysya Life Insurance on Tuesday launched a unit-linked investment solution-ING Flexi Life Plus, which offers flexibility in premium payments.
The product offers flexibility to change the premium amount, as per the revised guidelines of the regulator, IRDA, the company said in a statement in Mumbai.
“ING Flexi Life Plus allows our customers a lot of convenience and flexibility to suit their financial needs. It offers customers to vary their premium amount, also as per the new IRDA regulations,” ING Vysya Life Insurance Chief Distribution Officer, Rahul Agarwal, said.
Customers can change their premium amount from the second year onwards, and this is available throughout the term of the product.
They can either increase their premium to 125 per cent of their first policy year annualised premium or decrease it to 75 per cent of the first policy year annualised premium.
ING Flexi Life Plus offers four investment options to customers -- debt, secure, balanced and growth.
ING Life India, a part of ING Group is a joint venture between ING Group (26 per cent), Exide Industries (50 per cent), Ambuja Cements Limited (11.5 per cent) and Enam Group (12.5 per cent).
