Mumbai: Axis Bank’s Executive Director, Hemant Kaul has resigned from the bank to join as the Chief Executive Officer of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance effective from December 1.
“Kaul will be join CEO of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance. The appointment will be effective from Decembel,” a Bajaj Allianz spokesperson told PTI here.
Kaul was associated with Axisce its inception. He was responsible for the development and expansion of its re to its current position.
He will be succeeding Swaraj Krishnan as tny also announced four major changes as part of internal restructuring, it said ghel has been elevated to Chief Marketing Officer and Anamika RoyrasDirect Marketing initiatives.
Hiren Vora has been elevated as Presidentn and South offices while Vijay Kumar has been elevated as President to head motoid.
