Judwaa 2 is racing its way to the Rs 100 crore club and its day 5 collection stands at Rs 8.05 crore. Bollywood trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted saying, ” Judwaa2 stays SUPER-STRONG on crucial Tue… Fri 16.10 cr, Sat 20.55 cr, Sun 22.60 cr, Mon 18 cr, Tue 8.05 cr. Total: ₹ 85.30 cr. India biz.”
David Dhawan directed Judwaa 2 has already surpassed Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’ in the opening day collections. The movie, which is more like a reboot rather than a sequel to the Salman Khan starrer that was released a couple of decades ago has set the box office on fire. The movie also grabbed the advantage of the prolonged weekend and if the present pace continues, the chances of crossing the Rs 200 crore mark will become brighter, Bollywood Hungama reports. Trade analysts were extremely positive regarding the success of the movie since Judwaa is already a brand and also because there is no major Box Office release until Diwali.
