India’s second largest IT services exporter, Infosys, has made an undisclosed investment in Trifacta, a US based provider of data wrangling software that enables non-technical users to transform data for analysis. As part of this investment Trifacta will provide a data wrangling solution for the Infosys Information Platform (IIP) and its other platforms and offerings. “We see tremendous potential in self-service data preparation solutions like Trifacta to significantly help clients unlock the business value of their diverse and fast-growing Big Data assets,” said Ritika Suri, senior V-P Corporate Development, Infosys.
