Elon Musk, amid the growing feud with the US President Donald Trump, has launched his own party – “America Party“. The Tesla and SpaceX CEO announced it in response to what he called the “uniparty” system. The announcement comes just days after US President Trump officiated his “Big Beautiful Bill” on July 4. Political activist Laura Loomer has now predicted three people who can be a part of the newly formed political faction.

“Tucker Carlson, MTG and Thomas Massie,” Loomer said in a post on X (formerly Twitter).

A close ally of Trump, Loomer has often spoken in his support and condemned his opposition. Loomer had previously called Tucker Carlson a “fake Trump supporter”, who she predicts to be one of the three leaders in Musk’s “America Party”. MTG or Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene sided with Elon Musk after his spat with Trump on the legislation. Chairing DOGE’s oversight subcommittee, Greene agreed with Musk’s opposition to the then Act and said on social media, “…I agree with him to a certain extent.”

Similarly, Thomas Massie, Musk-backed Rep. has been called a “pathetic loser” by Trump in a series of posts on Truth Social in June 2025. Earlier this week, Massie admitted that he had “enough” votes to block Trump’s Big Beautiful Bill. He reportedly secured at least ten House Republican votes in opposition to the bill. However, the bill was signed by Trump at the Fourth of July Independence Day celebrations on July 4, the self-proclaimed deadline of Trump.

Musk’s “America Party”

Musk rolled out the poll asking about the creation of the “America Party” on July 4. “Independence Day is the perfect time to ask if you want independence from the two-party (some would say uniparty) system,” he wrote. More than 60% of the people responded in the affirmative.

The “America Party” is likely to impact the 2026 midterms and/or the 2028 Presidential Elections. A splinter in the GOP vote, it could close the race for the Republicans, dividing the vote-share for the non-Trump candidate.

Musk’s political debut was marked as a strategic suggestion. Under the poll, he commented, “One way to execute on this would be to laser-focus on just 2 or 3 Senate seats and 8 to 10 House districts. Given the razor-thin legislative margins, that would be enough to serve as the deciding vote on contentious laws, ensuring that they serve the true will of the people.”

With a potential to disrupt the “uniparty system” in the US, this comes after 160 years. While Musk has not hinted at who the candidates will be, Loomer’s response shows that his claims have gained a significant audience with Trump’s allies.
