Health minister Harsh Vardhan said on Sunday the country will sign pacts with other nations on research in traditional systems of medicine, especially Ayurveda. Speaking at a conference here, Vardhan urged state governments to work together with the Centre to improve access to quality healthcare.
The minister said achiving the ‘health for all’ goal through a holistic medicine system was not just the mandate of the central government and that it needed active support from all states.
