Well, in order to take on the other big players like Jio and Airtel, Vodafone has come up with a new plan which offers 1GB mobile data per day along with unlimited free calling for 28 days. Priced at Rs 177, the offer is applicable for both existing as well as MNP (mobile number portability) customers. Interestingly, Reliance Jio and Airtel also have plans at Rs 149 and Rs 199 respectively, but are they worth your money? The slides have it all, check!
Jio Offer: Jio plan available at Rs 149, gives the user unlimited voice calls to any network, including the national roaming. The plan also includes 300 messages. Here a customer gets 2 GB 4G data for a month, and after the data gets exhausted, the speed will be drastically reduced. -
Airtel Plan: In Airtel's Rs 199 plan, a user gets 1GB 4G data and unlimited voice calls to any network, local and STD or national roaming. However, the plan doesn’t offer free messages. Also, after you exhaust 1 GB Data, the company will start charging the customer for what he uses. The unlimited calling has a capping of 300 minutes per day. In the time period of one week, a customer cannot use more than 1200 minutes of calling. (Reuters)
