The ghats of Varanasi in divine splendour, with over 25 lakh diyas illuminated the sacred city of Baba Vishwanath for Dev Deepawali. Prime Minister Narendra Modi called the festival’s radiance “enchanting to the mind and soul,” sharing stunning pictures of Kashi lit up along the Ganga.

Along the banks of the Mother Ganga, millions of lamps lit on the ghats of Kashi carry wishes for happiness and prosperity for all. This divinity and grandeur are enchanting to everyone’s mind and soul. Heartfelt wishes to all of you on Dev Deepavali. Har-Har Mahadev! he posted on his social media account.
