Pirme Minister Narendra Modi flagged off his 5-state visit today. He is on a 3-day tour to Mizoram, Manipur, Assam, West Bengal, and Bihar. The PM is set to flag of infrastructural projects, including historic railway lines and highways that put the north-east on the transport map of India. This visit to Manipur also marked his first official visit since the violence erupted 27 months ago.
