Magha Purnima is a significant spiritual celebration in Hinduism, marking the end of the auspicious Magha month. Good deeds and a holy dip in sacred rivers are believed to cleanse sins and bestow blessings on this day. With Maha Kumbh being hosted at the Triveni Sangam, it has attracted millions of pilgrims for a holy dip. Even personalities like PM Modi, the Ambanis and many public figures have visited the holy site. Devotees observe fasts and believe that taking this holy dip can wash away their sins.
