As of December 25, 2024, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has alerted that the higher regions of Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir will get wrapped in a blanket of fresh snowfall, creating a breathtaking landscape. From the beautiful towns of Shimla and Manali to the serene valleys of Bhaderwah, winter magic has charmed tourists as well as the residents. Meanwhile, snow lovers can be seen enjoying the weather and sipping the hot copy near bonfires, but the heavy snowfall has led to many challenges for daily life in many areas. The Weather Department has forecast more snow on December 27 and December 28 in Himachal Pradesh.
