Prime Minister Narendra Modi dedicated to the nation and laid the foundation stone of various developmental projects worth over Rs 1,06,000 crores at Dedicated Freight Corridor’s (DFC) Operation Control Centre in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, on Tuesday.
The development schemes encompass multiple sectors including railway infrastructure, connectivity, and petrochemicals. PM Narendra Modi also flagged off 10 new Vande Bharat trains.
While addressing people, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the youths of India will decide what kind of country and railway they want.
“This day is living proof of willpower. The youth of the country will decide what kind of country and Railway they want. Ye 10 saal ka kaam abhi toh trailer hai, mujhe toh aur aage jaana hai,” PM said.
PM Modi said his government has shown the willpower to bring Indian Railways out of those hellish conditions.
Now, Indian Railways’ development is among the top priorities of the Government of India, PM added.
