Smart City list in India: The Narendra Modi government today announced the names of 13 more cities that will be developed under the 'Smart City Mission' with Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh topping the list and catching the eye because the state is heading for Assembly elections and hence is important for all parties from Samajwadi Party, Bharatiya Janata Party to BSP and more.
