ShopClues introduces chat feature enabling customer to bargain</br> E-commerce firm ShopClues today said that it has added chat feature 'ShopClues Connect' enabling buyers to directly connect with the sellers for added information on product, price, availability and bargain. As part of ShopClues' neighborhood commerce initiative, ShopClues Connect also enables buyers to engage directly with sellers in their vicinity to negotiate delivery timeliness, ask for details on warranty, returns etc. "By connecting with local retailers, buyers get more assurance when making a purchase. TCS launches smart city accelerator solution </br> Country's largest software services firm Tata Consultancy Services today launched a new analytics-based software solution for intelligent city operations to help address needs of digitally connected urban citizens. According to consulting firm Frost & Sullivan, the smart city market is likely to be worth USD 1.5 trillion by 2020 and more than 60 per cent of urban citizens will have full access to e-services in the next decade. The IUX solution is a highly scalable, modular software that combines big data and domain specific advanced analytics to provide cities with real-time, actionable insights, TCS said in a statement. Tata Magic crosses 3 lakh cumulative sales milestone</br> Tata Motors today announced that its last mile passenger vehicle Magic has crossed 3 lakh cumulative sales milestone since introduction in June 2007. "Today, with the achievement of 3,00,000 sales mark of the Tata Magic, we yet again, confidently testify the value and trust we offer to our customers," Tata Motors Executive Director, Commercial Vehicle Business Unit Ravi Pisharody said in a statement.
