Sony India has announced that its new SmartWear Experience range, SmartWatch 3 and SmartBand Talk in the market. Both wearable devices connect with the Lifelog app. The SmartWatch 3 is priced at Rs 19,990 while the SmartBand Talk costs Rs 12,990.
SmartWatch 3 is powered by Android Wear. You can get messages from your friends, appointment notifications, and weather updates at a glance. It comes with built-in microphone, and Accelerometer, Compass, Gyro and GPS sensor technology means more accurate, more powerful lifelogging.
SmartWatch 3 sports a 1.6-inch 320×320 pixels TFT LCD Transflective display for visibility in bright sunlight and stainless steel back. It is waterproof, rated IP68 and charges via a standard microUSB port. It has a built-in 4GB local memory and connects with a Bluetooth headset to listen.
SmartBand Talk comes with a built-in microphone and speaker. It is equipped with a short call function to allow users to talk. It comes with with HD Voice support along with Sony’s integrated Voice Control technology, which enables users to assign their own sounds to life bookmarks and use voice to carry out specific smartphone operations.
SmartBand Talk sports a curved 1.4-inch E-ink display to monitor Lifelog activity, notifications and time. With built-in accelerometer and altimeter sensors, it keeps track of physical activities. SmartBand Talk and SmartWatch 3 can connect to Android smartphones via Bluetooth and NFC.
