October 2025 is all set to be an eventful month for the smartphone industry, with several brands set to launch their flagship smartphones ahead of Diwali. Xiaomi, Realme, Vivo, OnePlus and iQOO are among the brands that will be unveiling their premium range devices this month.
Although we have already seen some high-profile launches of the year. This includes the iPhone 17 series devices, Google Pixel 10 lineup and the Galaxy S25 lineup. Realme 15 Pro 5G Game of Thrones Edition
Realme is gearing up for the launch of its next-generation number series smartphone, which is Realme 15 Pro 5G. The smartphone will be powered by the latest Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset under the hood. Whereas the display will be powered by a Hyper-Glow 6.8-inch curved one, which will be paired with 144Hz refresh rate. Moreover, the cameras on the smartphone will be a 50MP Primary sensor and a 50MP Ultrawide sensor. Whereas the selfie shooter will also be a 50MP one. Lastly, the battery of the device will be a massive 7000mAh one. Realme 15 Pro 5G Game of Thrones Edition will launch on 8th October.
Vivo X300 Pro
Vivo X300 Pro, the successor to the X200 will be launching this month itself. The smartphone might be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset that will be paired with a dedicated V3 plus imaging chipset. The RAM options that might be available with the phone could be upto 16GB whereas the storage options might extend to 1TB. Moreover the display of the X300 Pro is expected to be a flat 6.78-inch AMOLED panel that has 120Hz refresh rate, along with being a 4K panel. As far as the cameras are concerned, it will be a3 camera setup including a 50MP primary sensor, 200MP telephoto sensor and a 50MP ultra-wide lens. All of these sensors are bult in partnership with Zeiss.
Xiaomi 17
Xiaomi has officially confirmed the launch of its premium Xiaomi 17 smartphone in India. The smartphone has already been released in China post which it’s releasing globally. The Xiaomi 17 will be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset. This will be paired with an AI engine for on-device AI tasks. In the Display department, Xiaomi 17 offers a 6.3-inch 1.5K OLED display in the Chinese variant, which might be the same in the Indian variant. Camera module on the phone includes a triple 50MP system which includes a telephoto, primary and ultrawide sensor. Lastly, the battery will be a 7000mAh along with 100W wired charging.
iQOO 15
iQOO is gearing up for the launch of the flagship smartphone the iQOO 15. The smartphone will be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset. Moreover it will be paired with upto 16GB of RAM options and upto 1TB storage options. As far as the display is concerned it will be a 6.85-inch 2K AMOLED panel. Moreover the display will be a 144Hz refresh rate and upto 6000nits of peak brightness. As far as the cameras are concerned it will be a three camera module, with all of them being 50MP including the primary, ultrawide and telephoto sensor. Meanwhile the battery is a 7,000mAh along with 100W wired charging support.
OnePlus 15
OnePlus is set to begin the month with the global debut of its new flagship, the OnePlus 15. The device will reportedly launch first in China,then it will be launched in India and other markets. The device is featuring Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. It is expected to pair 12GB RAM with 256GB internal storage. The phone may feature a 6.78-inch LTPO OLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate for smoother performance. On the rear, it could include a triple-camera setup with 50MP sensors and a 7000mAh battery supporting 120W wired charging.
