Hide Your Status Like a Pro!
The option to hide your status is already available, but did you know that you can hide it from specific contacts? Follow the steps below to hide your WhatsApp status from selected individuals:
- Open WhatsApp and go to the Status tab.
- Once you’re in the Status tab, tap on the three dots in the corner.
- You’ll see the Privacy settings. Click on the Status privacy option.
- Tap on the “My contacts except” option.
- Now, select the contacts you want to hide your status from.
- Pro Tip: If you’re having trouble finding a contact, use the search tool to quickly locate them.
- After selecting the contacts, tap the checkmark icon to confirm your changes. Note that you must click the checkmark, otherwise your changes won’t be saved.
Now, your status is hidden from the selected people!
Pro Tip: Share Your Status with Limited People
Just like you can hide your status from specific people, you can also share your status with only a few people. For example, if you’re organizing a party and want to invite only close friends, you can share a status exclusively with them. Here’s how:
- Open WhatsApp and go to the Status tab.
- Tap on Status privacy.
- Select the “Only share with” option.
- Choose the contacts you want to share your status with.
- Save your changes by clicking the checkmark icon to confirm.
Now, you can control who sees your status and ensure it’s shared only with the people you want!
