Sonos today launched two premium smart speakers— Sonos Era 300 and Sonos Era 100. The two newly released premium smart speakers will be available to buy at sonos.com starting Oct 15, 2023.
Commenting on the launch, Sonos CEO Patrick Spence said, “In an age of constant background noise, quality listening matters more than ever. Our vision is to make listening an experience that is charged with feeling, and help our customers feel joy and vitality through their favorite music and audio content.”

Sonos Era 300, Era 100: price, availability
Sonos Era 300 and Sonos Era 100 are priced at Rs 54,999 and Rs 29,999 respectively. Both the smart speakers will be available to pre-order starting Oct 15 with full release scheduled for Oct 20, 2023.

Sonos Era 300, Era 100: specifications, features
The new Sonos Era smart speakers come WiFi-enabled. Other connectivity options include Bluetooth and wireless connection using an aux cable. It can be controlled via the Sonos app which is available for both iOS and Android devices.
The Era 300 gets Dolby Atoms support for loud spatial audio boasting six powerful drivers, while its younger sibling produces compact sound with next-gen acoustics.
Both speakers feature sleek, modern designs and are built to Sonos’ new responsible design standards, with sustainability and serviceability in mind.
Era 300 introduces multi-channel surround sound, making it ideal for home theatres. Meanwhile, Era 100 delivers rich stereo sound and deep bass. These speakers are a leap forward in sound innovation, design, and sustainability, offering an exceptional listening experience, the company notes.
