CP Plus, domestic video security brand, and Qualcomm Technologies today announced partnership to introduce a new generation of AI-enabled, insight-driven video security solutions designed for industrial, institutional, public safety, and enterprise applications in India.

The collaboration brings together CP PLus’ extensive camera ecosystem and distribution network with Qualcomm’s Dragonwing processors and the Qualcomm Insight Platform. Using edge boxes within CP PLUS’ Video Management System (VMS), it enables real-time, on-device AI analytics for safety and monitoring across industrial facilities, enterprises, public infrastructure, institutions, and homes.

Powered by the Qualcomm Insight Platform, the system combines advanced edge AI with CP PLUS cameras to deliver intelligence either through the cloud or a fully local, air-gapped architecture. This reduces latency, lowers reliance on servers, and provides real-time alerts and notifications. A Generative AI Assistant built on LLM technology allows users to query and understand complex events using natural language.
