iQOO 13 has arrived following hot on the heels of the Xiaomi 15 and 15 Pro as the world’s second smartphone rocking the brand-new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. The new ‘Snapdragon’ is a big deal this year considering how Qualcomm has gone all-out on giving it a PC-tier Oryon CPU that’s capable of clocking an outstanding 4.32GHz. Sequel to last year’s fantabulous iQOO 12, the iQOO 13 is confirmed to make its India foray soon, possibly by late November-early December.
iQOO 13: Specs, features
The iQOO 13 looks a lot like its predecessor with subtle tweaks—refinements if you will—including a new halo ring around the camera housing and micro-curved edges on the front and back. It comes in a choice of track, nado grey, green, and white ‘legendary’ edition with BMW Motorsport branding.
On the front, the iQOO 13 has a 6.82-inch 2K (1440p) BOE 8T LTPO 2.0 OLED display with up to 144Hz refresh rate and 1,800 nits global peak brightness. On the inside, it has the Snapdragon 8 Elite paired with iQOO’s in-house Q2 gaming chip designed to elevate gaming by boosting resolution and frame rates in select games. RAM can go up to 16GB (LPDDR5x) and storage up to 1TB (UFS4.0). Running the show is Vivo’s OriginOS 5 based on Android 15.

For photography, the iQOO 13 has a triple camera setup with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX921 main sensor behind an f/1.88 optically stabilised lend, one more 50-megapixel Samsung S5KJN1 ultra-wide and another 50-megapixel Sony IMX816 4x lossless zoom telephoto with OIS. The front camera is 32MP.
Powering the iQOO 13 is a massive 6,150mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. Rounding off the package are an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication and an IP69+IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
