As the countdown to the iPhone 17 series launch begins, fans have been scouring the internet for last-minute leaks. Case maker Dbrand has already revealed how the new iPhone 17 series phones are going to look like, and now, we even know all the colour variants that Apple has finalised. The bold orange has been rumoured for a long time, and joining the new colour collection will be a dark blue hue.
However, Apple isn’t limiting the new colours to the Pro variants only. The standard iPhone 17 and iPhone 17 Air will also come in a couple of new colour shades, along with the usual black and white shades. For those who are wondering, the Product Red collaboration is no longer in place, thus denying us the desirable red coloured iPhones.
That said, the rest of the colour shades are expected to enhance the desirability of these iPhones and boost sales by encouraging more upgrades.

These images, credited to Apple Hub, align closely with ongoing rumours from reliable sources. It seems that Apple is ditching subdued tones for more daring options, particularly on its premium Pro variants.

The standard iPhone 17 is rumoured to offer six eye-catching colours: Black, White, Metallic Gray (a sleek steel-like finish), Green, Purple, and Light Blue. This palette caters to a broad audience, blending classic neutrals with playful pastels. The bright blue and pink shades of the iPhone 16 seem to be gone.
iPhone 17 Air colours
The iPhone 17 Air – Apple‘s much-anticipated ultra-slim model positioned as a successor to the discontinued Plus variant – narrows it down to four sophisticated shades: Black, White, Light Gold (a warm, subtle metallic gold), and Light Blue. These colours could help the iPhone 17 Air to flaunt its slim 5.5mm body.
iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17 Pro Max
Where things get truly exciting is with the Pro models. Both the iPhone 17 Pro and the larger Pro Max are expected to feature five bold colours: Black, White, Gray, Dark Blue, and a standout Orange. The orange hue, described in leaks as a copper-like, vibrant tone, marks a departure from the Pro line’s traditionally muted palette of silvers and golds.
Analysts speculate this “fiery” option could be a nod to Apple’s push for distinctiveness amid competition from Samsung’s colourful Galaxy S series. Dark Blue, meanwhile, adds a deep, oceanic blue hue in a premium matte finish.
