iPhone 17 to bring back iconic colours from the past
According to a report from Macworld, an internal document has seemingly revealed the full spectrum of colours for the iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Air, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max models. These leaks, which include mockups and Pantone numbers, align with earlier information from prominent leaksters Majin Bu and Sonny Dickson, thus adding credibility to the claims.
For the standard iPhone 17, the all-time favourites of Black and White colours are expected to remain, complemented by four new additions: Steel Gray, which is a nuanced variation of the older Space Gray, Green, Purple, and Light Blue. No pink hue for this generation of the iPhone.
The iPhone 17 Air, which will replace the Plus variant, is anticipated to feature an even lighter shade of Light Blue, with rumours suggesting a mimicry of the Sky Blue finish of the MacBook Air. Additionally, the iPhone 17 Air will also come in Black, White, and Light Gold colours.
The premium iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max models are set to introduce a new Orange colour as the hero colourway on the device. Additionally, a Dark Blue option, which could be reminiscent of the iPhone 15 Pro’s Blue Titanium, will be available alongside Black, White, and Gray.
It is said that these colours may vary based on lighting conditions. But the new colourways are expected to push sales for the new models despite the rumoured increase in prices.
