Alongside the Pixel 10 series, Google also took the wraps off the Pixel Watch 4 and Pixel Buds 2a – two new accessories for the Pixel family of devices. These products integrate Google’s AI functionalities into the usual playful designs of these products. Pixel Watch 4
The Pixel Watch 4 comes in two sizes, 41mm and 45mm. The Pixel Watch 4 features an upgraded Actua 360 AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 3,000 nits, ensuring excellent visibility even in direct sunlight. Google says that the design boasts 16 per cent thinner bezels and a slightly domed display beneath the glass.

Under the hood, it’s powered by the new Snapdragon W5 Gen 2 chip, which, combined with Wear OS 6, promises up to 40 hours of battery life on the larger 45mm model—a 25 per cent increase from its predecessor. One of the standout features is the inclusion of emergency satellite communications, allowing the watch to connect with emergency services without a phone signal. It can also detect a loss of pulse and use the emergency calling service to get help. Pixel Buds 2a
The Pixel Buds 2a bring premium features to a more affordable price point when compared to the Pro counterpart. The most notable addition is Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), a first for the A-series. The ANC is made possible by the Tensor A1 chip, which also allows for Gemini for hands-free message summaries and voice commands. The earbuds promise up to 7 hours of listening time with ANC enabled, extending to 20 hours with the case. They also support multipoint connectivity for seamless switching between devices.
Google says that the charging case now features a user-replaceable battery, a design first for Google’s earbuds. The Pixel Buds 2a are offered in two colours, Iris and Hazel.
