Apple is reportedly planning to launch a third-generation Apple Pencil soon, with the main new feature being user-replaceable magnetic tips. This would be a significant upgrade over the current Apple Pencil models, which have non-magnetic tips with replacement tips available.
The news comes from a report by the Japanese blog MacOtakara. According to the report, the Apple Pencil 3 will have a new magnetic tip that can be easily swapped out by the user for drawing, technical drawing or painting.

The tips are expected to be sold separately, allowing users to customise their Apple Pencil to suit their needs. The launch of the Apple Pencil 3 would be the first major update to the stylus since the second generation was released in 2018. The Apple Pencil has become an essential tool for many iPad users, and the addition of user-replaceable tips could make it even more versatile.
The potential benefits of replaceable magnetic tips could include reduced costs, increased customisation, and extended lifespan. With replaceable tips, users would no longer have to send their Apple Pencil to Apple for tip replacements, which can be expensive and time-consuming.
Note that these are only rumours so advise you to take it with a grain of salt.
