With a career spanning over three decades and a personal net worth of Rs 2500 crore according to Forbes India, it is no surprise that Akshay Kumar lives the high life. The actor has an impressive real estate portfolio that stretches across continents: from multiple properties in Goa and Mumbai, to homes in Canada and Mauritius – he has awe-inspiring assets that speak to his enduring place within Bollywood.

His primary residence where he resides in with wife Twinkle Khanna and children Aarav and Nitara is however, his crowning glory and one of his most exquisite homes and today we will be taking a virtual tour of the sprawling Rs 80 crore Juhu duplex which gives it’s famous residents a stunning view of the Arabian sea.

The lavish Rs 80 crore mansion with a home theatre and…

Located in Mumbai’s chic Juhu neighbourhood, Kumar lives in Prime Beach which is an ultra luxurious residential complex as per Vogue India. Designed by Twinkle Khanna who holds a keen interest in interior decor, the duplex is an aesthetically pleasing space which shows off the couple’s refined tastes.

Enormous windows line the walls from the ceiling to the floor, an open floor plan ensures that the home feels airy and spacious and a lush garden with a private swimming pool adds a touch of greenery to the Zen space.

The ground floor features a sprawling living room decorated with art pieces by Rekha Rodwittiya and Shipra Bhattacharya. In an interview with Vogue India, Twinkle Khanna said that she couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. “A beautiful home is a home that is true to the people that live in it… No matter what happens, I can’t think of living anywhere else,” she remarked.

Apart from that, the ground floor is also equipped with a sleek and modern kitchen, an ornate dining area, a stunning home theatre and an expansive walk-in closet for Kumar. The first floor has the bed and guest rooms, a well-stocked pantry, Twinkle Khanna’s home office and a balcony which provides an unobstructed view of the sea.

If that wasn’t enough, the home also has some interesting history embedded into it’s foundations – the garden which doubles as a patio with a seating arrangement, once belonged to the freedom fighter Sumati Morajee who was a close associate of Mahatma Gandhi. A stone structure which the father of the nation once used for meditation still stands strong as per GQ India. Akshay Kumar’s mother and sister live with them and the Kumar’s are neighbours to another famous Bollywood persona: Hrithik Roshan.

Akshay Kumar’s other luxury assets

The Khiladi of Bollywood’s refined tastes stretches far beyond just his impressive collection of properties – he prefers luxurious options in other facets of his life as well. He has a fleet of the most opulent cars available in the market – from a Rs 9.5 crore Rolls Royce Phantom, to a Rs 5.25 crore Bentley Continental Flying Spur – which would be the envy of any car collector.

According to Times Now, Kumar also owns a Harley Davidson V-Rod gifted to him by John Abraham and a Yamaha Vmax. Interestingly, the actor owns a hill in Canada atop which sits an opulent bungalow – Kumar was a citizen of Canada since the 90s and renounced it in 2023, reclaiming his Indian passport on August 15 that year. After all this, one thing is certain, with a life as tastefully curated and adventurous as Akshay Kumars, every day is exciting.
