This Christmas, The Imperial, one of Delhi’s most iconic landmarks invites food lovers to taste its signature Grand Christmas Day Brunch. The event promises a lavish spread scrupulously curated by Parisian Executive Chef Philippe Agnese and his team will provide a blend of tradition, and innovation along with global flavours.
The highlight of the celebration will showcase a wide array of culinary stations reflecting flavours from around the globe. For seafood lovers, an elegant caviar station, Bouillabaisse Poached Lobster, and Scampi à L’étuvée will be available. Dishes like Asian Pancake Station, Korean vegetable Pancakes, home-cured salmon, a tempting Dim Sum and Okonomiyaki will also be there.
For brunch enthusiasts, the available options will include perfectly roasted turkey, tender lamb leg cravings, slow-cooked Belgian Ham, and Laal Maa Mutton accompanied by Indian classics like Malabar lobster Curry. The impressive offerings will also have European-influenced dishes like Forest Mushroom Wellington and Confit of Salmon Filet along with a Lobster Station.

The Grand Christmas Brunch at The Imperial will cost Rs 8,800 plus taxes per person, a buffet for kids can also be avail by paying Rs 2,800 plus taxes. Guests can also enjoy unlimited Prosecco, champagne, and cocktails by paying an additional cost for it.
