Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff has sold his posh and upscale apartment in Khar, Mumbai, for Rs 15.60 crore, according to property registration documents accessed via the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) portal and reviewed by Square Yards. As per documents reviewed by Square Yards, the property sold by Tiger Shroff is located in the prestigious Rustomjee Paramount residential complex, a premium development in Khar. The apartment is situated on the 22nd floor and spans a carpet area of 1,989.72 sq. ft. (~184.85 sq. m.) along with a built-up area of 2,189 sq. ft. (~203.34 sq. m.). The deal also includes three dedicated car parking spaces, a feature considered highly valuable in Mumbai’s competitive real estate market.
The transaction also included a stamp duty payment of Rs 93.60 lakh along with registration charges of Rs 30,000. The property records indicate that Tiger Shroff had originally purchased the apartment in 2018 for Rs 11.62 crore, which means there has been a significant appreciation in value over the past seven years.
