Loveyapa Box Office Collection Day 6: Loveyapa premiered in theatres on February 7, just in time for Valentine’s Week. The film began its box office journey on the previous Friday. On Day 6 (Wednesday), it had earned approximately Rs 33 lakh till now. According to the latest reports, the film’s total net collection in India has now reached Rs 5.94 crore.
According to industry tracker Sacnilk, It started with Rs 1.15 crore on Day 1 (Friday) and saw a significant 43.48% increase on Day 2 (Saturday) with Rs 1.65 crore. On Day 3 (Sunday), the collection rose slightly to Rs 1.75 crore, a 6.06% increase from the previous day.
However, the earnings saw a sharp decline on Day 4 (Monday) with Rs 0.55 crore, marking a 68.57% drop. On Day 5 (Tuesday), the collection slightly dipped again to Rs 0.51 crore (rough data), which is a 7.27% decrease.
The film explores the complexities of modern relationships, particularly those shaped by phone interactions. It follows Gaurav (Junaid Khan) and Baani (Khushi Kapoor), a couple whose bond is tested when Baani’s father (Ashutosh Rana) demands they exchange their phones to prove their love. As they uncover shocking secrets, including hidden messages and past connections, their trust and communication are pushed to the breaking point.
A remake of the 2022 Tamil hit Love Today, the film marks the big-screen debut of Junaid Khan, the son of Aamir Khan, and Khushi Kapoor, daughter of the late Sridevi. Alongside the young leads, the movie features a strong supporting cast, including Ashutosh Rana, Kiku Sharda, Grusha Kapoor, Tanvika Parlikar, Devishi Madaan, and Nikhil Mehta.
