Real-life K-drama love birds Kim Woo Bin and Shin Min tied the knot on Saturday, December 20, at 7 pm KST, as per K-media reports. Fans and the Kim-Shin couple’s celebrity friends alike would agree this is exactly what K-drama endings are made, especially since the pair has been publicly dating since 2015.

Despite their nuptials being held in a private ceremony at the Dynasty Hall of Seoul’s first luxury hotel, The Shilla Seoul, it was packed with a star-studded lineup of celebrities guests.

Given the K-drama couple‘s popularity, domestic and international fans gathered in droves outside the Forbes-featured dream wedding venue, as per YTN Star.

The scene inside, however, was nothing lesser than K-drama heaven for Korean entertainment industry’s enthusiasts, as the likes of BTS’ V, EXO’s DO aka Doh Kyungsoo, Nam Joo Hyuk, Kim Tae Ri and many more came together to celebrate the Woo Bin and Min Ah’s union.

K-drama fans were particularly looking forward to seeing the best friends trio, Kim Woo Bin, Lee Kwang Soo and Doh Kyungsoo, together at the wedding. The three stars appeared together on the tvN variety show Kong Kong Pang Pang aka GBRB: Joy Pops, Laugh Pops).

However, their reunion was threatened by DO’s scheduled appearance alongside his fellow EXO members at the 17th Melon Music Awards, marking the legendary boy group’s first performance at the MMAs in years, that same day.

With the two events overlapping, Kyungsoo had previously shared during the promotions of his new drama The Manipulated that he wouldn’t be able to attend his best pal’s wedding even though he was originally meant to sing the congratulatory song for Kim and Shin.

Hot on the heels of his unfortunate admissions, fans were quick to express their heartbroken disappointment over the cancelled reunion. Nonetheless, a major plot twist still saw EXO’s DO perform at the Melon Melon Awards AND attend Kim’s wedding at The Shilla, even if just briefly, on December 20. Videos and photos of the K-pop singer and actor’s arrival, capturing him stepping out of a car, at the venue went viral online.

Even before Doh’s confirmation, Lee Kwang Soo, the third piece of the Kong Kong Pang Pang trio, had already been reported to serve as the MC of the ‘Wedding of the Century.’
