Aryan Khan’s debut directorial piece, The Ba***ds of Bollywood, has received an overwhelming response from audiences. From social media trends to viral songs, his entry into cinema has started on a high note. During a recent conversation with the star of the show, Raghav Juyal, who revealed that Khan is really fond of comics and “he will make something crazy.”

Several social media speculations arose, and rumours set foot. Netizens and Internet sleuths opined that Aryan Khan would be joining the superhero universe of Raj Comics and bring the characters to life. Interestingly, as per the latest report from HT, Raj Comics creator Manoj Gupta made some shocking revelations.

Three-film series out soon

As per the report, Raj Comics is in the “final stages of signing a three-film deal.” Headlining this deal are the much-loved comics ‘Nagraj’ and ‘Super Commando Dhruva’. They are “expected to go on floors by the end of 2026.” However, Gupta made no official confirmation about the involvement of any director or studio. Ayush Gupta, Studio Head at Raj Comics, also confirmed that conversations are ongoing but declined to reveal details No official source has confirmed the collaboration between Aryan Khan and the Indian superhero comic house.

Parody accounts on X (formerly Twitter) have already revealed their promotional videos showing a rumoured collaboration between Red Chillies Entertainment and Raj Comics. On the list were Dhruva, Nagraj, Doga, Shakti, Parmanu, and Anthony, the universally recognised superheroes from the RCU.

It all started from a YouTube comment, which has since blown up larger in proportion to the news. However, fans eagerly await their superheroes making their cinematic debut, be it with Aryan Khan or Anurag Kashyap. In fact, there were rumours about the Ba***ds of Bollywood protagonist, Lakshya Lalwani, playing the titular role, while others hoped for John Abraham. Curious fans asked if the Parvaiz-Aasman duo would return with Raghv Juyal’s comeback under Aryan Khan’s directorial sense. Looking back, for fans, this was a full-circle moment after Shah Rukh Khan’s Ra.One, as they hoped Aryan Khan would come out with Ra.One 2 in the future.
