Dude Box Office Collection – Day 4 Update

Released on October 17, just ahead of the Diwali 2025 celebrations, Dude has been lighting up the box office. After a modest first day, the weekend saw a noticeable upward trend. The film earned Rs 10.4 crore on Saturday and Rs 10.6 crore on Sunday, bringing its weekend total to Rs 21 crore. By Monday, collections held strong at nearly Rs 11 crore, showing a 2% rise in Tamil regions despite a slight dip in Telugu markets. On Day 6, the first Wednesday, Ranganathan’s Dude grossed Rs 3.75 crore. According to estimates from industry tracker Sacnilk, Dude’s domestic collection has now crossed Rs 54 crore, a solid performance for a regional festive release that continues to draw crowds.

Tamil occupancy rates dropped a little to nearly 30% across all urban areas. Afternoon, evening, and night shows were the big winners for the film. Chennai, with the maximum shows scheduled, filled 35% seats for Dude, while Bengaluru, with the second-highest shows, occupied 25.5%. Similarly, the low occupancy was reported for Dude in Tamil.

Directed by Keerthiswaran, Dude stars Pradeep Ranganathan, Mamitha Baiju, R. Sarathkumar, Rohini, and Hridhu Haroon in key roles. While this romantic drama dominates Tamil screens, the Bollywood festive release, Thamma, has attracted fans in large numbers. Starring Ayushmann Khurrana, Rashmika Mandanna, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, and Paresh Rawal, it has crossed the Rs 40 crore mark in two days.
