In the complicated saga surrounding Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs‘ ongoing sex-trafficking trial, his ex-employee, Capricorn Clark, testified this week. Following what she said on the stand, the controversial hip-hop mogul is believed to have not only threatened to kill her, but also forced her (at gunpoint) to join him in his plans to confront Scott Mescudi, better known as rapper Kid Cudi in the music world and Hollywood.

Diddy threatened to kill Kid Cudi: Ex-employee testifies

Clark, a former global brand director for Diddy’s Bad Boy Entertainment who also used to be close friends with his ex-girlfriend Cassie, traced the alleged incident back to 2011. She alleged that Combs, seething with fury to take action against Cudi, arrived at her doorstep years ago.

The Revolt founder and his then-girlfriend Casandra ‘Cassie’ Ventura’s volatile relationship began. The on-again, off-again couple were together till 2018. During this course of time when she was “not in the greatest place,” the “Is It You” singer crossed paths with Kid Cudi. They eventual started dating, but their relationship was soon cut short out of fear of Diddy.

Diddy kidnapped his employee at gunpoint

Sean Comb’s ex-employee, Capricorn, appeared to have confirmed in her Tuesday testimony that Cassie’s fears were warranted. Detailing a 2011 incident, she opened up about how Diddy allegedly ordered her to “Get dressed” at the time as they were “going to go kill Mescudi.” Clark’s testimony further suggests that given the supposed details of the day, Combs did not lay out those threats as a joke, especially since he was holding a gun in his hand.

The ex-Diddy employee told the court that she was forced into a car as her then-boss wanted her to go with him. While being cross-examined by his lawyer on Tuesday, Clark emphasised that she went with the “Bad Boy” artist against her will as she was basically kidnapped to accompany him. One of the accused rapper’s security guards, known as Rubin, drove them to Kid Cudi’s residence.

The alleged Kid Cudi house break-in incident

Ultimately the two men in the car allegedly entered the house. Kudi, himself, testified previously, saying that his house was broken into in December 2011, signalling the same purported incident. While the men were out, Clark reportedly contacted Cassie Ventura from the car using her burner phone, detailing all that was going down. As reported by Variety, the actress-singer was with Kudi at the time, as Diddy’s longtime employee urged her to stop Scott Mescudi from coming home because her boss was all set on “killing” him.

Once Cassie and Kid Cudi pulled up to the scene, Combs is said to have demanded his aide and Ventura to convince Mescudi not to name him in a police report otherwise he would kill them all.

Former employee witnessed Diddy assaulting Cassie

Hours later, when Clark and Ventura set foot into Diddy’s house, the accused mogul allegedly directed his vicious attacks towards his ex-girlfriend. Capricorn testified that as part of his immediate brutal attack, he kicked Cassie with “full force.” Meanwhile, the “Me & U” singer is believed to have dropped down. While she assumed a fetal position during the assault, Combs “repeatedly kicked her” in the legs and back. Clark ultimately called the security guards to get Combs to stop while Ventura was “crying silently.”

Ex-Diddy employee’s harrowing work relationship

Clark is said to have been fired on multiple occasions but she still went back to work for Diddy over the period of 2004 to 2018. She even reached a settlement with him over wrongful termination in 2012. The former Diddy employee claims to have repeatedly gone back to her then-boss because she failed to hold on to other jobs. After Combs cut her off, she reportedly lost her car, house, health insurance and other benefits offered by the company.

While testifying against Sean Combs and detailing her own harrowing experience while working for him, Clark said that at one point she was even subjected to days of lie detector tests. Furthermore, Diddy appeared to have shoved her at his Miami home in 2006. Other claims also suggested that the rapper asked her to buy drugs. And yet, as one of Cassie’s friends at the time, Capricorn Clark revealed that she took the songstress to Best Buy so that she get hold of a burner phone and stay in contact with Kid Cudi. Despite all they did to keep their romance under wraps, Combs still somehow found out about it, inciting the alleged 2011 incident as elaborated on in Clark’s testimony.
