Akkineni Nagarjuna starrer Telugu film ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’ box office collections have soared to over Rs 25 crore earnings – the film released a week ago alongside three other Sankranti releases.
“In its first week, ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’ collected over Rs 25 crore worldwide. The film was sold for Rs 15 crore and it’s expected to do total business worth Rs 35 crore to Rs 40 crore, which makes it a successful venture,” trade analyst Trinath said.
‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’ released alongside NTR’s ‘Nannaku Prematho’, Balakrishna’s ‘Dictator’ and Sharwanand’s ‘Express Raja’.
Directed by Kalyan Krishna, the film is about how Nagarjuna, who plays a ghost, comes back to save his family.
In the film, Nagarjuna played the father and son.
Nagarjuna was paired with actresses Ramya Krishnan and Lavanya Tripathi.
