K-pop sensation BTS‘ agency issued an official notice warning against certain fan activities on the military discharge dates of members RM, Jimin, V and Jungkook. Of the seven members, Jin and J-Hope returned from their mandatory military obligations last year and have been actively pursuing solo schedules to keep the BTS ARMYs company until the septet reunites for good in 2025.
Just in time for their 12th debut anniversary, the group, featuring RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook, will be back together under one roof, paving the way for a highly anticipated K-pop milestone. Although Suga, who also goes by the alias Agust D, is scheduled to be released on a week after their anniversary on June 21, the younger members will be back just days before the June 13 festivities.

Given their same date of enlistment, the “4 O’Clock” sub-unit members will be discharged on June 10. Meanwhile, Jimin and Jungkook, both serving with the 5th Infantry Division of the ROK Army, will be back a day later on June 11.
BTS military discharge notice: Big Hit Music
Considering the global anticipation tied to the BTS reunion and a potential 2026 comeback, the boy group’s agency, Big Hit Music’s Saturday notice urged fans to stay put on the specified discharge dates and avoid crowding the military discharge venue.
“Please not that the discharge date is reserved for military personnel only. No special events are planned on the day of RM, Jimin, V and Jungkook’s discharges,” the official BTS members military discharge notice stated.
“Each location has very limited space, and overcrowding can pose safety risks. We place he safety of our artists and fans as our top priority, and sincerely request our fans not to visit the sites in person. Please convey your warm regards and encouragement in your hearts.”

BTS FESTA this June
Big Hit’s latest statement underscores a common habit K-pop fans entertain related to their favourites by showing up to the public venues marked by the artists’ presence in hopes of showing their support. Consequently, BTS’ agency issued this warning to avoid any mishaps at the scene. Fans are advised to practice patience for just a few more days as the BTS FESTA celebrations will anyway be in place on June 13 and 14 at the KINTEX Exhibition Centre 2 in Goyang, South Korea.
“Time for us to meet again. One June 13, 2025, beyond a long wait, we begin our festival together again, as ‘us’,” the group previously announced in a post.
